At Girls Day Out our mission is simple – create fun, safe inclusive events for girls (5-16 years) to try a new sport, meet their sporting hero and make a new friend.
When we DREAM big, BELIEVE in ourselves and are surrounded by people who INSPIRE us, we can make anything possible.
We want to encourage girls to be brave and have a go at sports they might not have tried or want to learn more about. We want to help encourage healthy bodies, healthy minds – and possibly even help nurture our next generation of female superstars.
